Discover this haven of peace in the heart of the Saloum delta.

Departure from Toubab Dialaw at 8 a.m., by vehicle, towards the Saloum islands. Along the way, you’ll take in the scenery of palm and roan trees, and typical villages nestled in herby savannah, adorned with baobab and acacia trees and occasionally mingled with cordon bleu and other waterfowl as the local tides roll in. Visit a typical village, a school and the local weekly market.

11am arrival at the pier

Aboard a motorized pirogue, you’ll discover the immensity of mangroves, lagoons, forests and sandy beaches.

Lunch on an island or picnic in the mangrove.

On the way back, stop off at the Sacred Baobab, the largest Baobab in West Africa.
