Description
Travel the Lompoul to Lac Rose route
Day 1
- Departure at 9 a.m. for the city of Thiès, in an air-conditioned vehicle with a professional guide and driver.
- Arriving in Thiès, you’ll visit the Manufacture des Arts, the basketry workshop.
- Lunch in a local restaurant before continuing on to Lompoul.
- Arrival at the Lompoul ecolodge around 6pm.
- Camel ride at sunset.
- Djembé evening around a wood fire.
- Overnight in Mauritanian tents at the ecolodge.
Day 2
- Morning one-hour Quad ride over the dunes and beach of Lompoul; 2 people per machine.
- Then on to Lac Rose.
- Boat trip on Lac Rose to see its color.
- The guide will explain the history of this mythical lake and why it is pink.
- Swimming.
- Lunch on the square

- If 3 people : 160 000 FCFA / Pers
- If 4 persons and more : 140 000 FCFA / Pers
- Children under 12, half price.
